The Product
l'Olio
The olive oil combines Frantoio, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Leccino olives in a balanced blend. We hand-harvest our olives as soon as possible. This leads to less production, but ensures the highest possible quality.
We use anti-oxidation caps to ensure the right preservation even after you started using it. The production itself is optimised for sustainability with most residue olive paste being reused for fertilisation. Every olive oil we produce is biological and we are in the process of getting certified.
Cold-pressed, unfiltered and only first press virgin olive oil. Enough words, let the olive oil speak!

The Harvest

Every October, friends come together in Cupì to pick the olives by hand. Tree by tree.

Wide nets go down under each tree, so the olives fall onto the nets and not onto the ground.

With hand rakes and long poles we comb the olives from the branches, one tree at a time.

The nets are lifted together and the olives roll to the middle, ready to be scooped up.

This project is something that unites us. We do not come from a long lasting family of olive oil producers nor do we want to pretend that we do. Simply we have set out to create a product we all love and want to further develop to have the highest possible quality. There is a variety of professionals that are supporting us along the way and we dearly thank them for it.
Our purpose is simple: creating something we genuinely believe in. No flashy promises, no extravagant claims. We just produce a product that we can stand behind, that reflects ourselves and that we want to share with the world. That's it. We hope you love it as much as we do.
